A descriptive paragraph of the project:

The UNI-R project is a research and mental health promotion project in an academic context, with the aim of identifying and strengthening the factors that enhance well-being, life satisfaction and physical and mental health in higher education students, particularly ISPA students. This project seeks to include students from different study cycles, from different areas, with different educational and personal needs. Its intervention is not restricted solely to the activities carried out within the scope of the curricular units, but rather to all dimensions of academic life that have an impact on university students.
